The subscription model lets you start small, see the results, and stay because it works - not because you're in too deep.
Websites need ongoing care.
They need hosting, security patches, content updates, and occasional refreshes. Subscription means it's all handled.
If I do bad work, you leave.
That keeps me honest. I only get paid if you're getting value. Traditional agencies get their $10K whether the site works or not.
